T. Kirscher, second-year HealthTech PhD student, was awarded first place by the MICCAI student board for the his tutorial in the Educational Challenge entitled “When explanations lie: stress-testing saliency maps before clinical deployment”.
This tutorial is part of T. Kirscher's PhD project “quantification de l'incertitude dans la segmentation automatique pour la radiothérapie”, under the direction of Profs. Sylvain Faisan and Philippe Meyer.
