On Thursday, September 29th 2022, the Interdisciplinary Thematic Institute Lethica organized a roundtable around the topic of "our lives with AI", in the context of their fall school focusing on AI, esthetics & ethics.
The speakers were:
- Aurélie Simard - Paris-Saclay, INSP: « Risks and opportunities of the introduction of AI in the user relation »
- Aggée Lomo et Laurence Rasseneur - University of Strasbourg, LINCS: « Mended human, human enhancement: supporting technologies & handicaps »
- Benoît Rosa - CNRS, ICube: « Robotics & AI for surgery: ethical aspects and human factors »
Benoît Rosa, CNRS research scientist and HealthTech member, presented some methods and challenges associated with AI in the context of medical robotics, focusing on control & automation of medical interventions.
